The 1888 Hotel Collection offers a newly renovated fully equipped historic 2nd floor APT (1 of 6). Enjoy our social courtyard in the middle of all the action: walkable to the breweries, museums, restaurants & bars that make the Grand Central district famous. Just 1 block away from the famous SunRunner BRT, its a short ride to St. Pete Beach or The Pier.

Commercially zoned 1 block from the hustle and bustle of Central Avenue, you can rest easy knowing your stay is compliant to local regulations.
Free street parking is available in front of the house on 1st Avenue. Guests are required to comply with all street signage regarding permissible parking zones. Onsite parking is exclusively designated for 15-minute loading and unloading. Otherwise, vehicles may be subject to towing.

Dogs are allowed at the property with authorization from hosts but at a nominal $100 fee due during booking (Cats are not permitted). All dogs must be housebroken and up-to-date on shots and must be crated if left in the house unattended. Dogs must be well behaved (even when crated) - excessive noise/barking is not allowed in respect of other guests and our neighbors. They must remain leashed in all public spaces in accordance to local law ordinances

Please respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am and keep noise to a minimum in common spaces during this time.

Please always lock the front door/rear door behind you after using our keyless entry. Safety is a top priority for us.

Please no parties or events, as well as no glitter or any other decorations which may cause damage to the property.

Please do not re-arrange any furniture and do not bring any furniture outside.

Please no candles or any other fire hazards at the property.

Please only toilet paper down the commodes, any damage related to lack of follow through of this rule shall be an additional charge.

This is a NON-SMOKING property, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and marijuana, including medical marijuana. We inspect the property prior to check-in to ensure the absence of any of the prohibited odors, and maintain a detailed log of our inspections. If a violation is identified, the guest will incur a $500 fine and a possible eviction without refund.

The property is very close to central avenue (1 block) and all the dining/entertainment was right there. Checkin and checkout was very easy. We had a great time.
