When comparing the listing to the physical house, the pictures in the listing seem to either be edited or very old. Decorations and furniture in the listing were missing. Multiple amenities were not available: table tennis only had one paddle and the table was broken, the hot tub was "converted" to a pool per the host, there was no coffee maker, hair dryer or soap besides dish soap. There was an extremely limited selection of dishware; boiling pasta in a pan was an interesting experience to say the least. ALL of the furniture was incredibly uncomfortable to use.The house at first glance was clean; however, there were some issues. Some dishes still had food on them. Rodent droppings were in the utensil drawer. The two sponges were not able to be used due to the odor of them. Quite a bit of bug legs were found in the fridge. Vents were caked in dust. The liner and caulking in the shower had visible mold.We also had some safety concerns. There is a large, unsecured vent in the hallway that leads to a crawlspace that can be very easily accessed. The sliding door does not lock completely; what little I could get the door to lock required using my entire body to pull the door closed. None of the light switches in the rooms worked. The strings on the ceiling fan had to be pulled; I am not tall enough to reach them. There were other things, but I am out of characters. The location is great for anyone going to the amphitheater. The house has a lot of potential if it was maintained.
Dirty vent
This very large vent leads to the crawlspace under the house, which can be very easily accessed in the back yard. Multiple people could easily fit in this vent. This is a security issue and unsafe for curious children especially.

We had a few issues from the start. On the day of arrival, with little to no communication prior to arrival, we were then told our stay was double booked. However the owner did allow us to stay since we were first to book the reservation. We only chose to stay here for the location, there was a concert across the street at the Amphitheater. We thought we were lucky to avoid parking at the concert. After the concert we went back to realize how sketchy this building is. The concert traffic is guided down the road where this house sits, lots of noise and traffic. The issue that caused us to hate our stay the most, was a giant opening in the middle of the hallway floor leading straight to the exposed crawl space under the house’s foundation. I mean big enough for a person to crawl up and in the home and there was only a flimsy grate of it. We felt so unsafe we left and chose to stay somewhere else. Now we did like that there was a full kitchen, several bedrooms and even a hot tub on the back porch. However we did not get to enjoy any of this.
