A great space enjoy and to layback. Newly updated large stylist and modern condo. 2 bedrooms 2 baths space on private industrial building.

Shy of 2000 sqt space to unwind and linger in the sophisticated style space. The gourment kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create great meals.

Take ease and enjoy the fire, high speed internet, on a cool couch. There are plenty of towels and a laundry to use. No visible neighbors.

NO gathering or event use allowed unless agreed too.

The property on 2nd level private large building. Its proximity to outdoor gun range. Sometime noise during day time can be expected.

Good location………

A good stay overall however, some cleanliness issues here and there (cobwebs, spider, stained sheets, towels with residue, unclean dishes, some pieces of furniture had a strange odor). Had a few security scares, the door lock is unclear and a mixup with door code security caused some issues with complete strangers. The noise from the gun range was not as big of an issue as we were expecting, it was easy to tune out the noise as we got used to it. Comfortable place in a nice neighborhood, great for a day trip to the greater Seattle area.

Month long business trip

I stayed for a month here while working in Redmond with my dog. Very beautiful home, large open space as pictured. The mentioned gun range does share a wall with the home, so you hear that during operation hours. The unit I was in opened up to a large yard space that was perfect for my dog. It was a very nice stay.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment itself was beautiful and enjoyable. However, it's right by a firing range and all day long you would get intermittent boughts of really loud gun fire. It messed with the Zen I was trying to achieve.

I loved it!

It is a quiet neighborhood. Quiet, surrounded by woods which is rare in the city. Spacious and comfortable. Great beds! Couple of amenities missing but not that big of a deal. I reached out to property manager and they delivered the next day. I loved the property and added it to my favorites. I will definitely be visiting again ❤️

The property owner needs to have a written instruction sheet available. There were no instructions on how to adjust the air conditioning. They locked the heating and air register so we could not adjust anything. There were no hand towels for either bathroom. We requested towels and they never brought any over. They gave us the wrong address in the check-in paperwork. I called the owner and got no phone calls back. Once they got a message though they communicated the correct address. Beautiful property, but horrible communications. I doubt if I would pay the price they’re asking for this unit again. They could improve everything significantly if they communicate better. A check in notebook with all the information would’ve been helpful. Having hand towels in each bathroom should be required. Very disappointed in this stay. We use VRBO all the time and this was one of the worst ones we’ve ever stayed at. Great neighborhood, but very poor communications and amenities.
