Location is great with lots of spaces for our group of 9.Coffee pot was left full, but otherwise clean. A couple of kitchen knives would help and throw out old spices, even if you don't replace them. Overall, was quite satisfied.
Our family had a wonderful time this past weekend! The house is warm and inviting, with everything you could ask for and more! It was close to town and very convenient for our busy family. We are looking forward to staying again!
We were in town for a wedding and blown away by this cabin! It was the perfect combination of modern and rustic, extremely convenient, and overall a great place to spend a long weekend in the Adirondacks. Strongly recommend!
The house was amazing, in a great location and the amenities made it so relaxing. The hot tub, fireplace and top notch kitchen were all appreciated. The house was also very clean.
Wonderful home, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The owner was responsive, and we had a lovely stay. Close enough to the village to walk. Home had everything we could need, and more!
Amazing house! Couldn’t ask for a better house. Warm, cozy, plenty of room and Linda has the house stocked with anything we could have needed. Perfect location to walk into town and for the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay with lots of memories!
The house, the location, the process was perfect. Everything exceeded expectations. The rooms were perfect for everyone. The outside area was great. The inside is so nice. It felt like home away from home.
Beautiful spacious home with plenty to do for all ages. Our weather was perfect for walking to town, skating on mirror lake, sitting by the firepit, soaking in the hot tub and, of course, skiing! The home was the right fit for my family and Linda was fabulous with communication! We look forward to staying again in the future!
The house had everything we needed for our family, even a highchair and booster seats. We were all very comfortable and loved the proximity to the village and Mirror Lake.
This was our second time staying at this property - both times we had an excellent experience! The house is very clean and well maintained, everything we needed was present. It was a little warm towards the end of our stay so I missed having air conditioning, but the ceiling fans in each bedroom were adequate and we were all able to sleep through the night despite the warmer house temperatures. Overall we had an excellent time and I hope we can return again someday!
Overall the house itself was nice. It wasbig and spacious for our large family. The location was not a close walk to town. It was a bit of a hike to get there. Also, there was no yard and the yard they had was not taken care of. The grass was not cut and the landscaping was a bit out of control. The inside of the house had just about all we needed. We could have used some more papertowels and toilet paper. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the quick and friendly communication from the owners.

Beautiful Home! Great Lax
63 Beech Hill Circle is an awesome home. We have been going to Lake Placid for the past 5 years and this was the best rental home. The home is large but cozy at the same time, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The weather was cool this summer, so we took advantage of the fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was relaxing at night with the clear star filled sky and chilly air. We would love to rent this house again on our next trip next summer! All you need to do is enjoy!!!
The house and property were both fantastic. Exactly as described. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. There is so much to do in the area around the property. We had a wonderful time, and honestly i could have stayed for months. The area around Mirror Lake and Lake Placid is simply stunning. There are plenty of great places to eat very close (walking distance) to the house. And even more within a short, gorgeous drive.
We found this house, and this area, to be a great spot to call home during our exploration of the Adirondacks.

Comfortable, spacious and beautiful
We stayed in the house for a long weekend this fall. The house is much bigger than it even appears in pictures. It is beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and configured in such a way that it's large but still feels cozy. We had 7 adults and 3 kids in our group, and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is huge and is easy for several people to be working at once. And it's only 1.5 miles from downtown Lake Placid, so it was convenient to everything. We will definitely be back.
We came up for a Graduation from Paul Smith's College. Perfect location. The house was perfect for my 85 year old Mother with mobility issues. First floor bedroom perfect for her and plenty of beautiful spaces for everyone. The house was pristine and clean. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Unfortunately we never had a chance to try the Hot Tub yet it was available for us. The lower floor was a big hit for my son and nephew to play pool and foose ball. The weather didn't agree with us most of the time yet were finally able to walk around Mirror Lake which is just steps away. I would highly recommend this property! Walk to the Olympic Museum and the strip and many fantastic stores.
We had a wonderful time at this house. It was very nicely appointed and plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 2 pre-teens), with room to spare for a visit by a brother midway through. The location is wonderful just off of Mirror Lake and close to the main drag in town. The fire pit and hot tub made for a very soothing return after long days of rafting, ziplining, kayaking and other fun outdoors activities. The basement with a pool table and TV/game system was a hit with the kids in the evening. The wifi was great which can't be under appreciated with work interruptions and kids who are inseparable from their devices. Linda, the owner, was very accessible for pre-trip questions and very gracious when we had a minor mishap with one of our kids. You put it all together and it couldn't have been much better and after a year like this one, we needed just that! Many thanks!

My Go-To Residence whenever in Lake Placid!
This is my third or fourth stay in this gorgeous home and I find new and unexpected delights each time. I rented this home for my 50th Birthday celebration and invited a group of my closest friends to celebrate over the Memorial Day weekend with me. I've rented this house before with my triathlon teammates and am again training for Ironman Lake Placid. This house provides the comforts of home on an upscale level. Its proximity to town and the lake make it the perfect training ground for us. In the past, we'd been plaugued with cold weather, but this year, the weather was warm and sunny, so for the first time we were able to take advantage of dining outdoors. It was PERFECT! I was delighted to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside on the lovely patio. There were enough chairs and table was large enough for a big group. We even used the fire pit in the evening for roasting marshmellows/making s'mores. My friends marveled how spacioius and well appointed the house was. I was proud to host them in your beautiful home. Everyone wants to do it again! Thank you.
