House with private pool and large garden

Villa Daisy is situated in a small village, 3.5 km from the town of Barban, in Istria. This large and cozy villa is ideal for a perfect vacation for an entire family or a group of friends. The villa fits comfortably 8 adult persons. The location is very private, and the nature that sorrounds the property is very peaceful and relaxing. The villa is approximately 15 min distant from the beach. The village is well connected to the main roads, you can easily reach all cities and towns in Istria.
The villa is distributed on three floors, it has a large backyard with a private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliences (microwave, oven, 4 cooking plates, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, all cooking utensils). On the ground floor is a bathroom (with a bathtub, toilet and washing machine), a kitchen and dining room connected to the living room with the air condition, and direct access to the pool and back yard with a wonderful view. The bedrooms are on the upper floors and each bedroom is provided with an air fan. The air condition is only on the ground floor. On the second floor are three bedrooms, two of which have access to the balcony. On the third floor is the fourth bedroom, bathroom (with a shower and a toilet), and a small terrace.
