This beautiful rustic villa nona Milka is located in a small village Jurii in the south of the Istrian peninsula. Only 15 minutes away by car are attractive towns: Pula, Vodnjan, Rovinj, which will surely delight you with their rich tourist and gastronomic offer as well as their cultural and historical heritage. Villa nona Milka was renovated in 2015 and has retained all the features of traditional Istrian architecture. The villa is furnished in such a way that it gives you a feeling of comfort and relaxation with its old charm. It consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 comfortable bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. In the courtyard of Villa nona Milka there is a 30 m2 swimming pool as well as a garden house with a barbecue where you can prepare fresh and delicious meals for your family and friends. There is also a cosy outdoor seating area for a total of 8 people. Villa nona Milka offers its guests entertainment facilities such as table football, table tennis and a small playground for children. Villa nona Milka is located in the deserted old town and therefore offers its guests complete privacy, which guarantees a perfect and relaxing holiday in complete privacy. The nearest beach is only 10 km away. Pets are allowed in this property at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.

Ein grundsolides Haus mit einem tollen Außen- und Poolbereich.

Ein grundsolides Haus mit einem tollen Außen- und Poolbereich. Der Check in war sehr professionell und nett. Wir kamen aufgrund von Stau später an - kein Problem bei der Schlüsselübergab. Bei der Ankunft wurden Taps für die Spülmaschine, Abfalltüten und für den "ersten" Kaffee am nächsten Tag bereit gestellt. Absolut Top. Über dies hinaus ist uns leider durch eine starke Windböe der Sonnenschirm kaputt gegangen. Hier wurde vom Vermieter auf Ersatzleistungen verzichtet und sofort ein neuer Schirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Also alles im allen ein guter Urlaub und man kann in dieses Hause bedenk los gehen. Was uns grundsätzlich gestört hat, ist das der komplette unter Stock mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer nicht klimatisiert ist. Nur die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock sind klimatisiert. Auch das separat liegende 4. Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert. Nicht nachvollziehbar. Über dies hinaus gehört eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt. Viel Staub und Spinnenweben im ganzen haus. N
