House has direct walking or biking beach access to Ridgevale beach, which is about one mile away via a walking/biking path. A short drive to Ridgevale, Harding and several other beaches. Downtown Chatham a short few minutes drive away. House is within walking distance of several great casual restaurants/shops including Hey Joe Coffee House, Kreme & Cone, Dog Fish Tacos & Cantina, Mom & Pop Burgers, Marion's Pie Shop, Larry's PX, and Sweet Dreams Ice Cream & Candy Shop to name a few.
