The listing was accurate and the place was well maintained. It was just what we needed for a brief stop while traveling. Jarrid was great at communicating and check-in was a breeze! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Definitely will be back!

Perfect!

Jarrid was very communicative and timely on responses! His place was beautiful and would certainly consider his place first if available on next visit to Lafayette. Hidden gem. Thanks for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, Jarrid.

Quick work trip

I travel a lot for work and get exhausted staying in hotels. When I arrived to the community there were people walking and kids out playing. The community itself felt safe and I was able to even take a couple laps around the parking lot myself! The townhome was easy to get to, and pictures don’t do it justice. The smell of the townhome was so good that I took a picture for my reference. The place is exceptionally clean and I loved watching tv in the living area as well in the bedroom with large TVs! The bed was super comfortable and I slept amazing. I will definitely be back to stay with Jarrid at one of his properties! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
