About this property

An excellent couple's retreat. Quiet, one-bedroom carriage house apartment in the Old Southwest. A ten-minute walk to the MKT Trail and 1.4 miles to Jesse Hall at the University of Missouri. Brand new apartment with beautiful kitchen and granite island.

The apartment has a twin pull-out sofa in the Bedroom and a full-size sofa couch in the living room. 1/2 bath is off the Living Room. The washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs just outside of the Living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher.

Excellent hosts

These folks are amazing!!! Easy checkin, clean property, exactly what they say is available. The property is amazing comfortable and quiet. A great place to relax after a long day out and about. If you are thinking of a place to stay I can not recommend this place enough. Highly desirable very clean.

Why they chose this property

We love this Old Southwest neighborhood of Columbia! The neighbors are warm and welcoming. Even though it is in the city, there are many deer, squirrels, and other wildlife. Enjoy the relaxing quietness of this part of CoMo - it is truly a treasure!
