Quaint Victorian farmhouse built in 1890 on acreage, located on a quiet country road with few houses. Feels like the country but you're only 20 mins from downtown New Haven and Yale University. Very private, no close neighbors, abundant wildlife. Owner occasionally lives on the property. The entire home may be rented or just the upstairs. Pricing is different depending on which arrangement you choose. Upstairs has two bedrooms, office, and full bathroom with antique claw foot bathroom and shower. Queen size beds in both bedrooms. No smoking. No hunting. Security cameras outside, and home security alarm.
