My wife and I both grew up vacationing to Caseville as kids and now we love enjoying Caseville with its small town charm. The Beach is so beautiful and the warm swimmable waters of Lake Huron make boating and hanging out at the beach and swimming extremely enjoyable. Not to mention all the different Festivals Caseville has to offer all year around.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is within walking distance to the water. You can see Lake Huron from the end of the street! Only 1 mile from downtown so taking the golf cart to town is a breeze. 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to Key North Family Fun Center with Putt Putt, Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcade, Ice Cream and much more.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy that we are close to town with all the amenities but have a large private back yard to enjoy yard games and bon fires with friends and family. Plenty of parking!
We also really enjoy the spacious, updated and clean home with central A/C for those hot summer days.
