A Tuscan Dream in the Heart of Paso Robles Wine Country! This gorgeous Tuscan-style home is nestled on 50.03+/- acres and provides all the privacy and tranquility that one could desire. The magnificent custom single level home boasts approximately 3,829sq. ft. with a spacious soaring ceiling great room with fireplace at the center of the living space. The large chef-quality kitchen with breakfast bar is exquisite and flows well within the living space. Additional highlights include the large formal dining room, wet bar with refrigerator and amazing custom sound system throughout. There are ample rooms in the home including the Master Retreat which is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The spacious bedroom features a fireplace, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower as well as its own fireplace and access to the rear yard. In addition, there are two additional en-suite guest rooms with one having its own fireplace. There is also a private guest room and bathroom located off the kitchen area. The outdoor living space has not been forgotten as everyone loves to enjoy the amazing Paso Robles weather. Spend the afternoon and evening in comfort and relaxation as you enjoy both the sunshine and the vineyard sunsets. A custom fireplace seating area allows full view of the beautiful vineyard and overlooks the event/party venue space. In addition, the covered rear back patio is located off the great room and includes the most beautiful professional gas fired or oak fired pizza oven as well as a built-in gas bar-b-que.

This villa was perfect for visiting Paso Robles with a group. The outdoor living space was incredible with 360 degree views of the vineyard and hills. The BBQ was fantastic as well as the huge firepit. Beds were comfortable and the entire place was luxurious.

What a beautiful property! Pictures don't do it justice. The multiple fire pits were a huge hit. The beds are super comfortable and the house was really clean upon arrival. There are exterior cameras surrounding the house that are not listed on the description. The host was fine with turning them off while we were there. Overall, my group of 5 had an oustanding time.

What an absolute restful, beautiful home!! the vineyards were gorgeous to look at and made for serene walks during the sunset. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed -- on rainy days we were just as happy to stay in the gorgeous main room while someone baked a treat or made an elaborate meal to share together. Plenty of space to retire to at the end of the day. Truly a wonderful experience all around.

Nestled in the vineyards with stunning views, Felice Valle was the perfect place to have our Thanksgiving. The fire pit was ideal for early morning and late-night gatherings. Our stay at Felice Valle was fantastic. The property, the house, and the communication with the host were all top notch. The entire property was immaculate. The house was so well laid out and well equipped. The kitchen was the gathering center for our group and the outdoor fire pits were our go to at night. We loved seeing wildlife in the vineyards. The pizza oven was definitely a hit. Even though our favorite wine clubs are an easy 5-10 minute drive, it was hard for us to leave the property! We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and are looking forward to returning. .

The house (Villa) was a perfect retreat and home base for 4 couples who came to the area for wine tasting. Each master suite has king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The home is so comfortable with top of the line appliances, so many areas to relax and entertain, a fabulous large fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The beautiful landscaped property overlooking the rolling hills is breathtaking. Needless to say - we hope to return.

Perfect getaway in the midst of beautiful vineyards. There were 4 couples in our party and the house was perfect for us.
