Our home is currently getting remodeled nearby and this was the perfect home for our family to escape to. Easy checkin, spacious rooms, and equipped enough for me to cook meals in the evenings. Will be back if we need more time out of our home. Our family gravitated together every evening in the living room which rarely happens in our own home, so it was great time!

We had an outstanding experience with this house. The management company provides excellent service. The night we moved, we immediately noted that we could only find one garage door opener, and the outside gate did not latch correctly. I emailed them at 5pm and a repair person was at the house within 90 minutes. The house is also fully stocked with all common needs (dish soap, laundry soap, shower shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc), and comes with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you will need. Overall, I give this rental an exceptional rating and would rent another home from this management company anytime!

As a busy entrepreneur I think the booking process was terrible. There's just too many questions to answer then have to log into the app to repeatedly to sign contracts, upload ID, take a photo of yourself. I understand the stress from the rental aspect of neighbors and making sure we understand the house rules but had I known they would require that much personal information I would of passed. I hope you guys can adjust the "booking process" that definitely was frustrating.

Work Trip

House was great size for my family. Location was ok. It’s an up and coming neighborhood. House was dusty and had lots of insects and spiders in the kitchen and some of the bedrooms. Main TV was not working properly. Property management company responded promptly to my messages. They allowed a late check out for the inconvenience and $100 refund which I would have expected at least a day or two discount. Overall I would give this home a 7 out of 10.
