✔ Bedrooms: King-size bed in the master bedroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The second bedroom offers a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.

✔ Bathrooms: The master bathroom features double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second/guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and entrances from the hallway and guest bedroom.

✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings.

✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you can prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. There is a dining table seating six, as well as bar seating for three.

Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.
