**LIVING AREA**
The open floor plan makes entertaining easy, with the kitchen, dining and living room space flowing together. Windows adorn the living area, looking out on the backyard pool, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor living.

**BEDROOMS**
Each of the 4 bedrooms features high-quality linens and Roku-enabled TVs, ensuring a relaxing and restful night.

Bedroom 1 - Downstairs: double bed and 50-inch Roku TV.
Bedroom 2 - Upstairs: double bed and 50-inch TV.
Bedroom 3 - Upstairs: bunk room with two sets of twin bunks for the kiddos or whomever.
Bedroom 4 - Upstairs: master bedroom suite with king bed.

The upstairs master suite with king bed, complete with an ensuite bathroom, has generous closet space and a workspace desk for those who mix a little business with pleasure. The master suite's patio overlooks the backyard private pool and is perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

**KITCHEN**
The kitchen, adorned with sleek quartz countertops and state-of-the-art appliances, beckons both culinary enthusiasts and those seeking delightful family breakfasts around the island's inviting bar seating. A large dining table sets the scene for group dinners, fostering cherished moments. Additional stools are available in the upstairs bunk room closet.

Fully-loaded kitchen well-equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, appliances and all your cooking essentials. We have you covered for any baking you may need or want to do (pies, muffins, cakes, etc.), and much more. Additionally, we provide a variety of K-Cups for the Keurig Duo.

**OUTDOOR AREA**
Step outside and a refreshing in-ground saltwater pool invites you to cool off on warm days, creating the ultimate backdrop for memorable poolside gatherings. The outdoor space featuring a covered lanai, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining, sets the stage for barbecues and evening cocktails under the stars. Pool towels and floats supplied.

**LAUNDRY ROOM**
There is a washer and dryer available for your convenience in the laundry room upstairs, along with iron and ironing board.

Location is key, and this beach lover's house is strategically positioned in the east end of PCB for easy access to the silvery sandy shores. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a bike ride, the beach is moments away, offering sunsets, swimming and beach combing right at your fingertips. Immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle with effortless access to water sports, fishing, and the full spectrum of beach-side amenities.

For your convenience, we make available during your stay: beach wagon, backpack beach chairs, cooler, body boards, beach towels and pool noodles.

**Parking**
Driveway comfortably fits two large SUVs or trucks, or three to four smaller vehicles.

**Security**
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door and the backyard with the pool in view.
