Beautiful 2nd floor coach home on the Rookery golf course with water views.

Our 3,100 SF home is an upper level unit in a 4-unit building. It includes an open floor plan with granite topped kitchen counters, dining area with seating for 8, sectional area for tv viewing (52 inch flat screen with dvd player and DVR), and a second seating area adjacent to the balcony.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, master bath with walk-in shower, large tub and vanity area, and 32 inch flat screen tv. One guest room includes a queen bed, full bath and 32 inch flat screen tv. The second guest room includes three twin beds and a full bath. The study includes a queen foldout bed, desk and another 32 inch flat screen tv. The unit also includes lots of closet space, a 2-car garage and laundry room.

Our balcony overlooks the Rookery golf course and includes views of lake areas with a sunset view. The balcony seating area includes a love seat, rocker with cocktail and side tables and a 34' table with seating for four.

Fiddler's Creek is an exceptional gated golf and tennis community located approximately 10 minutes from the Marco Island beaches. Each neighborhood has its own pool and hot tub - just a few steps away from our condo. For an additiional fee, the Fiddler's Creek club and spa also offers a resort pool area, exercise facility, spa and salon, and restaurant dining. Wonderful setting for seniors, families, everyone. Great shopping, dining and activities are minutes away in this great area of Florida where the sun's always shining!

Happy Family

We had such a wonderful time staying here in the beautiful community of Fiddler's Creek. It is so well kept and manicured, it made going for a walk a very pleasant experience. This unit is quite large and sleeps 10 comfortably. Kitchen was very well equipped with very comfortable beds and view of the golf course. Our family had a great Christmas and New Years here and would most definately return.

A 5 star condo overlooking the Rookery Golf Course

My wife and I spent the month of February, 2014, at this beautiful, clean condo. We have rented in the Naples area for 12 years and this was, by far, our most enjoyable winter vacation. The condo is large, extremely well laid out and furnished with top notch furniture in a very tasteful manner. The beds are wonderful and the couches/chairs are large, strategically placed and very comfortable. The view from the spacious lanai is gorgeous, encompassing a green and three tee boxes on The Rookery golf course, as well as a large body of water. This is truly a vacationer's paradise that we would love to rent again, especially after dealing with the owners who were extremely helpful and courteous.

Property was fine, owner helpful. The Club Membership we paid for was not worth it at all. The facilities are way under built given the growth, the lowest priority for reserving is a joke, even if you do get on you pay again per person. Very frustrating. Would not do again and impacts renting at Fiddlers Creek

Retirement Celebration of a lifetime!

I decided to treat myself to the "snowbird" life after 35 years of educating children in Michigan. What a fabulous retreat Karen, Tom and their beautiful Cherry Oaks carriage home provided for us. We had a blast and enjoyed all that Fiddlers Creek had to offer. The Walsh family are the best and go out of their way to make sure a fantastic stay is had by all. Their living areas are clean, comfortable, spacious and homey. I did not want to leave! Reflective times sitting out on the lanai watching the golfers and sunsets were among my favorites. I made many new friends in Florida because I lived at the pools, tennis courts and walking/bike trails. Many of my new friends call and text me daily. I feel like I left a "home away from home" that was a memory of a lifetime. I loved the staff and everyone went out of their way to make sure a 5 star experience was had. I can not wait to go back next year! A brilliant celebration of life, new chapters, friendships and active lifestyle were received on a daily basis. Thanks Tom and Karen for sharing your little slice of heaven with a Kalamazoo gal who loves to see her son and sun!!!! It made the start of my retirement a very special time. I tried to sit out on my lanai when I came back to Michigan but it was raining and 50 degrees....just not the same experience....Life is good, especially when shared at Cherry Oaks within Fiddlers Creek. Thanks for the memories....I'm very thankful!

Fiddler's Creek offers a beautiful collection of neighborhoods, spacious homes and fantastic club. Both the Fiddler's Creek and Rookery golf courses are otustanding. Walking and biking in the resort are great. It's very close to to the Marco Island beach and all of the great Naples restaurants and shopping.
