Excellent property that has had a lot of “attention to detail” paid to it. Nice kitchen with plenty of work space, comfortable beds, overall cleanliness was outstanding and the lake and channel views from the deck just an added bonus. The host was super responsive and a joy to work with. We would 100% recommend this property. (We just hope future guests respect it, as well, as we want to revisit in the future and want it in the same great condition it was this past week.)

The rental was exactly as pictured, was clean and well stocked. Perfect for our family visit. Ashlee was super helpful and we wish we could've stayed longer. Being able to hear the band playing at Louies a little bit outside was nice too! It wasn't loud at all.The neighbor was so kind and welcoming too!

The property was very cute and newly updated. The space was perfect for our group. Unfortunately the weather was still a little cold but from what we could see they have everything to enjoy the property. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a beautifully renovated cottage. It was so much fun porch sitting and neighbors are so friendly Very close proximity to several restaurants and boat rental company and walking trail. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and we loved the modern remodel of the interior. We enjoyed the outdoor porch. A little tight in the neighborhood with close neighbors but they were all friendly. The only part I would make more clear is the dock area is narrow and it was somewhat difficult to navigate with an inboard ski boat, but we figured it out. Lake is outstanding with beautiful water quality. Would definitely book again!

Lake Trip

We had such a great time staying here on Lake Wawasee. We were able to bring our boat and have it right behind the house. The house was perfect for our group of 9 and had everything we needed. The location of the house is perfect as well, being close to town and walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to our trip back next summer!

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful time in this very up-to-date, immaculate house for our family get-a-way. There was plenty of room both inside and outside. We hope that it is available next year when we come back to our favorite lake. The location is great! The only downside is that it's very difficult getting a boat into the area. You do have great views of the lake from the deck. Thanks for sharing your lovely lake house.

Paradise on the water

The house has been updated with everything in mind. All of the subtle things made it spectacular for our group, such as: cornhole, the grill, boat dock, bunk beds, YouTubeTV, connect 4, the location to The Frog Tavern, AC units throughout the home that are able to be managed to that specific area. I was nervous our surf boat (ATX Type-S 20’) wouldn’t fit in the dock space, however it was just fine. The neighbors were very friendly as well.

Our group of 4 college friends in our 70’s enjoyed our stay. The house and bedrooms were clean and fresh. The queen beds were very comfortable. We didn’t prepare any meals but the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room in the newer refrigerator for our breakfast foods, beverages and snacks. We enjoyed the deck over looking the channel at sunrise and later in the day too. The house is cooled by 4 mini splits which were easier to work than we thought! There is a folder with detailed instructions on the mini splits and other appliances. The welcome binder has great information on the house and the local area. We had dinner oat three local restaurants. We even walked to the Frog. I would mention that the bunk room is better situated for kids. The bottom bunks are on the floor making it more difficult for adults to get in and out, at least adults our age. Ashlee was easy to contact and responded quickly. The home is nicely appointed and we were very comfortable there! If we ever go back to Lake Wawasee, we’d stay there again!
