About this property

Welcome to "Casa Amarilla"

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful tropical oasis. At Casa Amarilla its all about outdoor space and peaceful living. We have everything you need to make the best of your time here in sunny Sarasota. Out tropical outdoor space provides you with a one stop vacation spot. Our lanai includes a pool, tv, eating area, relaxing area, a jacuzzi, a bbq grill, and even recliners! Completely fenced in for small pets. We are just a 17 minute drive from Siesta Key and 22 mins. to the airport!
The space
3 bedrooms all have ceiling fans, closets and dressers for clothing storage.
Furniture has been changed from the furniture you see in the photos, we upgraded bed sizes, etc. Just have not had time for new photos yet, our apologies. This is our main house, so please act accordingly :)
Guest access
You have access to the entire house except the back office which will be locked.
Other things to note
You are centrally located to everything. If you need guidance or help with anything just let us know.

Very nice house, very clean, beds very comfortable. Pool was amazing. Great location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect place for a vacation to siesta key or other beaches. The only thing about the house is after 3 days of being there we arrived back late one night and the pad locked room that you don't have access to, the light was randomly on.. There is no way to turn this light on and off from your side of the house. So we left. Owner said there is a power surge sort in the room. Would of liked to known that in the listing before we got spooked and left. Other than that everything was great.
