Crystal Shores 1201 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the east corner of the 12th floor. Located just one mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit offers easy access to all area attractions. No need to fight for parking - this unit comes with an assigned parking space!



Property Features:



• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four, with two additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom features a queen-size bed.

We loved our stay. Host was super attentive, we loved waking up to the ocean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We found a bug in the bathroom upon arrival but other than that it was great and we had no problems.

Good location, right on the water. Wish there were more rinse off stations coming off the beach. Would possibly stay there again, we just like to try out other places. We did have a little deal with a couple maintenance workers but got it worked out.

We really loved our stay at Crystal Shores 1201. The condo was clean, comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need to cook with. The view to the east was perfect for morning coffee while watching the sun rise. The kids really enjoyed the game room, pool, and ease of access to the beach. Host communication was prompt and responsive. We even received daily texts about what color flag was flying that day. All in all it was a great stay. We would absolutely stay again.

The stay was great. We arrived early before check in. One call and we was quickly allowed to go ahead to our room. Loved that ! The only things I seen was maybe fix some of the furniture. The coffee table literally is separated and coming apart. Also maybe update the dryer. It was not working when we arrived, but the management was swift to fix it. The repair man did advise it was very old.
