About this property

This townhome will be sure to make you feel at home and cozy, centrally-located place walking distance to University of Florida and Downtown Gainesville. Depot Park is a 5 min walk around the block. Shands & VA Hospital a 5 min drive away, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium a 6 min drive away. Celebration Pointe and Oaks Mall a 13 min drive away. This is the perfect home for travel healthcare professionals, game days, special events and family getaways.

This is a 3 BR/ 1.5 BA newly renovated townhome.

Includes fast WI-FI (500 mbps) , fully equipped kitchen, 60 inch Smart Roku tv in living room as well as smart tvs provided in each room, fenced in backyard with picnic table and grill (charcoal not included), washer/ dryer free of charge and much more. Each room is set up to make you feel at home which includes blackout curtains.

Full bathroom is a split layout separating the sink area and toilet/shower allowing for multiple person use while getting ready. There is also a half bath located downstairs.

There is a fee of $20 per additional guest after 6. A total of 8 guests are allowed only. The luxury queen sized air mattress is provided for the two extra guests. Please note that adding additional guests to the home limits your spacing in the home.

Early Check-In is dependent on the home availability. Late check out is usually not available in order to give our cleaners time to prepare for the next guest. Please request a late check out the night before if needed, approval is not guaranteed.

There is a pet fee of $50. Second pet is $25. Make sure to include the number of pets in your reservation (2 dogs total unless approved). If pet(s) are not registered, a violation fee of $200 will be charged. We love hosting your pups, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on the home. We ask that you please keep your dogs off both couches. We do provide a large dog bed for the comfort of your pup if needed. Please pick up and properly dispose of any feces from your pets left in the backyard out of courtesy of the next guest. Please bring a kennel if your pup is not house trained and or not well behaved if left alone at the home.

Absolutely NO smoking of ANY kind in the home. There is a private, fully fenced backyard with seating to do so. Violation fee is $500, no exceptions.

NO parties are allowed on this property. Your stay will be terminated without a refund. No Exceptions.

In order to access the home, a picture of your driver's license as verification will need to be verified by the host through the message board prior to check-in and receiving smart lock code. You will not receive check-in instructions if refused.

Perfect Townhouse close to UF!

We rented this house for my cousins graduation at UF & we really felt we couldn’t have found a better rental. It was in walking distance to a bunch of little food spots like Luke’s Bagels (which were delicious btw). It was about a 5 minute ride to downtown Gainesville as well as UF. The neighbors were all friendly and having 2 parking spots was a bonus for us. The house was equipped with absolutely anything and everything you could possibly need from a coffee maker to water bottles in the fridge. The backyard was pretty spacious and they even provide doggy bags to pick up after ur pet. The house had a ton of games that we most definitely utilized and had a lot of fun playing! The beds were comfy and there was a plethora of towels, soap & any toiletries u may need. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to rent while visiting Gainesville. Kadeidra was so communicative and helpful to answer any questions promptly. She really was a delight to coordinate with and made sure we were taken care of. My family and I truly have no complaints nor critiques. Our stay was great!

Great location

We stayed here to visit my Gator at UF. It’s a very convenient location to stay. Easy drive to UF campus. Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. 2 parking spots which was great. We brought my partner’s service dog and had no issues bringing her along. If you’re a Luke’s bagel lover, it’s literally around the block! 5 minute walk! Big bonus for me!

Great attention to detail

The host has gone to great effort to address needs of guests and the unit was very clean. It is an great place to stay if you have a dog as the back yard has a nice tall, new wooden privacy fence.

Great place to stay

The place was clean, in a good location right (right next to depot park, a few minutes from downtown and UF) and had great amenities. The host was very professional.

Why they chose this property

This home is located in the up and coming Porters Community, a multi-cultural/ diverse neighborhood. Porters mostly consists of locals and is a family friendly environment. Many residents have lived here for generations and this community remains strong, tight-knit and vibrant. If the neighborly atmosphere is not fit for you, there are plenty of other locations to book in town.

The location of this home is conveniently close to Deport Park, the UF football stadium, Shands hospital, VA hospital and downtown Gainesville. Its central location is one of the best things about the Porters Community.

Porters is a safe community with significantly decreased crime rates, however it is within the downtown area. Just like any other downtown, we advise all guests to remain cautious of their surroundings, keep doors/ windows locked and to keep your valuables out of sight.
