Great apartment, bad communication from host

This apartment is exactly how it appears in the photos and is very clean. However, the check in process was very stressful. We did not receive any check in instructions despite multiple messages to the host. After finally receiving a message from the host the instructions took me to a page that you needed a login for - the host did not provide this and again did not respond to my messages. We ended up having to figure it out with help from the lovely security guard of the building however was only able to get into the apartment much later than check in time. I would recommend this apartment as it is nice and clean and the rooftop pool is great however do not expect timely responses from the host.
