The rental by owner town home is ideal for 4 occupants, ages over 13, in two en-suite bedrooms. The center of the home on the 2nd floor is open concept living, dining and gourmet culinary work space featuring a walk-in pantry stocked with food staples, kitchen equipment & supplies. The 2000 sq. foot solar powered green home has radiant floor heating & cooling. All the essentials are provided including WIFI, 3 TVs and smoke detectors.
Both levels feature outdoor living with a fenced in ground level garden courtyard & upper deck space, furnished with comfortable seating, large dining table, gas grill, fire pit & overhead cover. Off street parking is also available. (An additional bed may be available for an extra charge depending the circumstances.)
NOTE: We are NOT ZONED FOR SHORT TERM RESERVATIONS. We require a minimum of 30 consecutive days and offer discounts depending on the length of stay. Other limitations are: NO pets, NO large parties or events, NO smoking on the property. Be sure to notify us for any allergies.

Your host is a native Montanan and an interior designer. Along with her late husband, built and operated "The Lodge at Whitefish" an exclusive luxury Bed & Breakfast in the 1990s. At that time, the Lodge was featured in the prestigious Andrew Harper Hideaway Report as a destination for discriminating travelers. Your host has put her design skills to work again creating this mountain modern, open concept and environmentally green townhome. The furnishings and fabrics are sophisticated yet comfortable with an eclectic blend of antique and modern. Come relax and enjoy her hospitality and all that this resort community offers. After all Montana is "The Last Best Place".
Why they chose this property
The town home is located in a newer family oriented neighborhood, on a corner lot surrounded by woods. It's very near Whitefish Lake & The Whitefish Lake Golf Course. The State Park with boat launch is a minute away. It's a convenient jaunt to the heart of town. The neighborhood is not zoned for short term vacation rentals, therefore 30 consecutive days are required and limited guests are preferred.
