About this property

Golf Course Home / Pool

My home it a total of 2800 square ft. I am renting 1 master bedroom, living room, full kitchen and pool. Everything is brand new as it’s just been completed since hurricane Ian. I will be listing for sale and rent out until sold. I will not furnish the rest of the house at this point. You be able to stay in my home and enjoy the pool and golf course.

Safety issues
If you’re disable like myself, you should know there’s a step down between kitchen and bedroom so unavoidable. One of the pendant lights over counter has an open socket with no bulb or globe. Loose or no face plates on some outlets and switch plates. Hanging chandelier with no table under it so hit head twice. Oven/broil didnt work. Checked out early.

House is still being renovated and drywall dust everywhere. No internet access and no cable tv. Pool has no heater and water temperature is great if into cold plunging. No functional oven and only a kettle for coffee. No cutlery. No pans for use in oven which why have if it doesn’t work. Ice maker on refer not functional. Electric panel had breaker arcing and melting so no dishwasher. Shower control doesn’t work and glass shower door is falling out of hinge.
