Sunrise over the water in the morning, a walk on the smooth sandy private beach will delight. Set among other single family homes, it is quiet, safe and secure. A beautiful gourmet kitchen awaits you, with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Just 3 miles away are shopping, public pier, and intercostal waterway boat ramp. Historic Saint Augustine and Daytona Beach are a 25 minute ride and Disney World Orlando is just over an hour away. So come for a stay and give yourself a well deserved break.

What a great place to stay! Beautiful view of the ocean, steps from the beach, convenient location to shopping and pet friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were even able to see a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay close to amenities but quiet and private, this is it.

The house was in an amazing location right on the beach- and that in itself is definitely worth the cost of this rental! The beach was so beautiful, and I already miss just sitting outside and watching the waves. It was also nice to have our dog with us, just steps away from a dog friendly beach! All of the other dog owners were super responsible, picking up after their pets and keeping them under control. I wouldn’t say the beach was 100% private (we were there spring break), but it was definitely not crowded. The house itself is small- but very clean. The pictures posted online are accurate in terms of the rooms, and how they look. The kitchen was very nice, and well stocked with all of the pots and pans we needed for a full week of cooking.

This property is directly on a very nice beach with views throughout the home. We made great use of the bicycles and beach toys that were provided. We would definitely recommend this property for a nice beach vacation.

We loved our time at Beverly Beach! Home was super clean and stocked with all the amenities. My daughter and I enjoyed a morning bike ride to a local restaurant for coffee, family enjoyed beach walks and fishing, our dog loved barking at the birds. Felt like our own private beach, so relaxing! Close to a grocery store and restaurants. We loved it here! Thanks!
