Unlike other units listed on VRBO, you have a guaranteed unit, # 1501, at Villa del Arco. This is a fifth-floor, end unit overlooking the beach/ocean from the wrap around balcony, master bedroom, living room and dining area. This is an ocean front unit, not just an ocean view unit that are typical of the other units at Villa del Arco.

If you're looking for a high-end, family-friendly resort, you've found it. In addition to its lavish surroundings, Villa del Arco boasts a full-scale pirate ship, great cuisine, superior workout facilities (right outside front door of Villa Del Arco), the renowned Desert Spa as well as numerous athletic and cultural activities.

The Two Bedroom Suite gives you three bathrooms with walk-in showers and a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom. This is a perfect option for families or couples traveling together as the master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features two queen-size beds. There is also a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of room to stretch out.

The wrap around balcony has a private hot tub that accommodates 6, a gas grill and a refrigerator. There are only about 10 of these end units at Villa del Arco and they are far superior to the two bedroom units typically offered.

Wonderful stay and amazing balcony view!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week staying in this rental. The room itself has to be one of the best in the building, directly overlooking the ocean. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 with kids ages 14, 12 and 7. The balcony is a show stopper with the views of the pool, ocean, beach and rocks that Cabo is famous for. It is also spacious with plenty of room to sit in shade, sun, eat as a family, grill, or our favorite relaxing in the hot tub. The host was excellent, quick and thorough communication with the hotel confirmation put into my name. We had no issues with our reservation. The property is extremely clean and the location is close to town but not in the "party" zone. Would 100% rent again and recommend to friends and family.
