This house has 4 bedrooms that can easily accommodate 12 with 2 full bathrooms and an enclosed outdoor shower with change area. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that could seat 14.
Outside boasts nice grass with lots of off street parking, two umbrella picnic tables and a charcoal grill. Additionally upstairs has a large sun deck with plenty of outdoor lounging furniture.
Other amenities include a spacious living room for relaxing and a cozy enclosed sun porch on the first floor with an extra TV, washing machine and clothes line, high speed internet access, and 6 seasonal beach badges for your use.
