A perfect place to get away. A quiet wooded area with a beautiful view, Spacious Main Floor with a full kitchen, large living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (at a lower cost than using the entire 2 story home). You will find a paved bike trail through the trees that will bring you to a very nice city park and right into town for your convenience. Sweet Retreat is located right outside of city limits but only one mile from the quant town of Luverne's main street and Take 16 Brewery/Event Center.
