Very nice property. Clean and in a good location; just a 20 minute walk to campus. There is a nice side yard with a fire pit. Host was very helpful and accommodated an early check in request. The only hiccup was the lock didn’t work at first, but the host fixed the issue.

Charming home with thoughtful touches, such as snacks, coffee pods, and basic toiletry items. Very clean and perfect for our weekend stay. Close to campus. Home had comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. We loved having morning coffee on the front porch. Would stay here again.

This home is perfectly arranged to maximize every inch of space. The living area and kitchen are comfortable and beautifully appointed- as are the bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the fenced side yard with its circle seating around the fire pit to sit outside for a pre-dinner beer or cocktail, and our dogs loved it too. From The Blue Door Bungalow, it is an easy walk to both campus and the downtown square. The hosts supplied snacks, toiletries and bottles of water. That was an extra nice touch! We look forward to staying again.

We stayed at the Blue Door Bungalow for a football weekend and it was perfect. Good location, easily walkable to restaurants. House was clean and cozy. Renae was great as our host. We’ll definitely look to stay here on our next visit to IU.

The most welcoming place I’ve ever rented. Incredibly well organized and stocked. The host even left a very kind, personal welcome note that made me feel right at home. Lovely place to stay while visiting someone at IU. Would definitely go back.

IU Chemistry Department

Our invited guest family found the home so welcoming. The check-in/out was smooth and accommodating and the time spent at the location was 'like being at home' per the guest family. Our department found the booking and associated communication to be convenient and thorough. We will definitely book this home again.

Soccer Camp Stay

I stayed here with my husband, daughter & dog while my son attended the IU Soccer Camp. The house is very cute & comfortable. Easy to get in & out, easy to adjust the thermostat to our liking, & easy to reach the host. The location is just on the edge of the not so nice side of town, but the house is well lit outside & we never felt unsafe. I recommend this house to those looking for a fun week or weekend in Bloomington!

The bungalow was everything we needed as a home base for our golf trip and Renae was a great host! Location was great too, just a 15 minute walk or short uber ride to Kirkwood Ave and everything Bloomington has to offer. Beds were super comfortable, everything was extra clean, and we enjoyed the backyard fire pit at night. Checkout was super easy too!
