Warm Welcoming Home 1.7 Miles to Auburn University! Fire Pit!

This new construction home has it all. Professionally decorated to ensure your visual aesthetic is enhanced and relaxing, the home offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms as well as a fully fenced in backyard complete with a custom fire pit!

The downstairs is her entry, open, and inviting for families to relax and gather. The outdoor patio offers additional eating space as well as the charming backyard perfect for a game of family football or a pre-football game tailgate. Roast marshmallows and make memories.

Upstairs the room offers three bedrooms with a King, Queen, and Queen bed all in their own room. As well as two full bathrooms with a tub shower combo. Please note, all bedrooms are upstairs.

Being a single family home, you can easily park 2+ cars with no need to worry about parking passes or tow trucks. We do ask guests to limit their cars to three max. This is a new neighborhood with tight streets and we do not want to congest the space.

Everything was awesome. The house is beautifully decorated. The house was stocked with all the creature comforts of home and very good quality. We were so comfortable, relaxing at home at the fire pit that we did not want to leave for our scheduled events. Great stay, will be back.
