Cozy 2BR Cabin on the Meadow - Easy Walk to Lifts

Cozy up to the fire after a day in the snow, in this just renovated cabin with views of the meadow and Red Cliffs. Our place is a short, easy walk to the lifts and directly on the meadow and its cross country & snow shoeing trails. Enjoy all the amazing ski terrain in the winter, plus spectacular hiking, biking and kayaking the rest of the year. We just purchased the cabin last spring and it is 100% newly furnished, with new appliances and floors, as well as a renovated bathroom & shower.

Please note that Alpine County recently instituted a 10% Occupancy Tax that we need to collect and pay in addition to the nightly rate.

About the host

Your host

We are a couple from the Bay Area that fell in love with Kirkwood long ago. We purchased this property in 2022 and completed a major renovation to make it a cozy and current space.

Why they chose this property

We love the location directly on the meadow and essentially across the street from the Timber Creek lifts. We are in a small cluster of cabins with wonderful neighbors in a nice forested setting.

What makes this property unique

We have rented dozens of unappealing condos in Kirkwood over the years, and feel that our creative decor and modern touches sets us apart from the typical "Tahoe" experience.
