Great Cozy Cottage

Enjoyed our quick stay. House was perfect for family of four going to Legoland. Very clean and well stocked. Appreciated having coffee supplies. Beds were very comfy. Our boys loved the swinging chair in our room. Screened in front porch was lovely to sit on in evening or for breakfast.

Great house...great location

Stayed here for a trip with my wife and dogs. Perfect house with dogs as it has a large fenced yard. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was great at communication. Highly recommend.

Cute, clean spot for our needs!

We were staying in Winter Haven to visit with family, but needed our own place to sleep and shower. This spot was perfect for our needs. We found it very clean, well supplied with everything we needed, in a very quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was really nice to be able to do laundry while we were there. The decor is cute and modern. If your needs are similar to ours, you won’t be disappointed in this place.
