Nice & Cozy stay.

Instructions to access the unit were clear and concise. Perfect for 2 people, very clean, and pretty quiet location except for the occasional late night train. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Winter Haven.

Everything you need at your fingertips-literally!!

Aside from the train and the guests who stayed in adjoining unit, my stay was excellent. The check-in process was easy. It’s a small place but the host has done an excellent job making sure you don’t have to leave for any reason (unless you want to cook). I mean anything that you felt you may need is provided. The communication was excellent also. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The “only” negative thing I could add is there were spider webs near the lower part of the bathroom sink. I have arachnophobia so this why I mentioned it. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This lil place was convenient and cozy. A very comfortable little space with all the amenities of a hotel, but with a private room feel. Beautifully furnished and a lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cute and very clean place. (Great decor!) We have relatives in Winter Haven and spent our days with them. All we needed was a place to relax and sleep at night. Your place was perfect. Very quiet at night. It was exactly as represented.

Clean, nice accommodations and great communication from the host. All this place could use is some curtains over the mini blinds for added privacy. Will definitely stay again!

Cozy and great. Value

It is a cozy and small efficiency type room that met all my needs at a great price. The property manager was very kind and communicated well. The only downside was it is near a rail line and trains were coming all hoursof the day and night. But I quickly got used to it. It was a great value.
