The suite includes a private entrance with full bathroom and backyard area. Free Parking Space(s). Flexible & Contactless Entry. A comfortable king size bed awaits you for your stay. Have access to your own AC. Your own private full bathroom, extra towels can be provided if needed. Workout equipment as well as yoga mats are provided for your use. Closet space for your belongings. Cleaning supplies provided, as well as a iron, flat board and hangers. Fully fenced and partially covered backyard area for your enjoyment and pups that may come along as well. Coffee necessities and ice maker.

Great place! Stayed for two weeks and it was totally worth it for the enclosed back yard! My pooch loved it! Clean with a good size bathroom. Would totally stay again.

We had a few hic ups. BUT they were fantastic to deal with. They Tried very hard to fix the problems. As fast as they could. Fantastic communication. Great family. Will be back. Recommend them. . Very relaxing after problems were fixed. Fantastic area to visit.

The studio was clean but cramped. Not much space to walk around and no storage space to unpack suitcases. There was one chair in which to sit in main room. There were 2 dinette chairs but the area was very cramped. There were only 2 bath towels for 2 adults for a 6 day stay. The only sink was in bathroom so that is where I rinsed out coffee cups each morning. The toilet would continue to run water after flushing and would need to jiggle handle to get it stopped. The check out process wasn't sent to me until hours after we left. It was quiet and had no problems with neighbors. The host answered quickly when contacted. The a/c dropped water inside room. We cut our 6 day vacation down to 4 days and spent as much time as possible out of the room.

This property was exactly as described. Host communication was very quick. Location was perfect for easy access to Tampa and Orlando destinations as well as Lakeland. Will definitely be back to stay here next time we are in Lakeland..

As stated it was private with its own private back yard (small) but relaxing under the sun shade and great to let the dogs play! I’ll be back next year.

It is quite small but adequate for our needs. Didn't think there was a pool but apparently it's a neighbor hood pool. Always raining so didn't investigate. Quiet and very clean. Bed comfortable too

Great experience. The only suggestion that I have it to place better lighting above the lock so you can see the numbers better to enter the code. Minor suggestion. Won’t affect my desire to stay there again. Nice stay and reasonably priced. Thanks!!!
