This property was clean and as advertised. My only concern was the neighborhood was a little sketchy, I didn't enjoy walking, and the mattress was terrible, my back hurt for 2 days. Buy a quality mattress for the price you are charging.

I would like to respond to your concerns. The is a top of the line Nector hybrid mattress. This is the first complaint we have received regarding its comfort. Secondly the neighborhood is rural but not sketchy. There are 9 new construction homes in the last year. I have been here since 2007 and there is 0 crime so not sure why you didn’t feel safe. Very stable neighborhood with long term residents. Lastly, we are way below market rates so not sure what you are referring to about us being expensive.

This is our first experience renting from a vrbo and we were impressed! Edwin's Evergreen Suite was comfy cozy and clean. Excellent price point as well. Upon realizing that the couch is a futon bed we were also impressed that it could accommodate easily another guest if needed and it had a mini fridge too in addition to the K-Cup coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this to others visiting the area. It was 20 minutes in every direction from our places of interest that we went to this vacation. Highly recommend it!
