About this property

Located in the Villas Pappagallo complex in West Bay, Grand Cayman, this 2700 square foot, 3 bedroom unit is located on a private, white sand beach with beautiful views and amenities.

There is incredible snorkeling virtually at your front door at Villas Pappagallo. There are palm trees for shade, and a beautiful pool at your disposal. This area has a true 'island' feeling! Enjoy endless walks on the gorgeous white sand beach that neighbors a national park.

Every one of the 3 spacious bedrooms has a King size bed and full balcony overlooking the ocean. There is a Queen size air mattress available for guest use, as well as a twin size rollaway bed and a pack-and-play crib for infants and small children. A grocery store is about a five minute drive away. The larger store is about a 15 minute drive away and is easy to stop at on your way back from daily adventures. A variety of fine restaurants and many water-sport facilities are also located close by.

Being the only corner unit that rents at the Villas Pappagallo Complex, you will have the best views available: to the west, north, and east. On certain days of the year, you can watch the sunrise in the east and set in the west from the same lounge chair on the beach! And because we are an end unit, these beautiful views are completely unobstructed, a really amazing sight to see.

Our villa is licensed to rent under the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism Rental Laws and we use one of the best property managers on the island. Taur will be cooling the unit as she waits for you to arrive, show you around, hand over the keys, and answer any questions you may have regarding the island, the complex, and the unit. She has lived on the island her whole life and is very involved in the tourism community. If you are looking for an 'off the beaten path' adventure, be sure to check in with Taura. She is also available 24/7, if an emergent need arises. At Cayman Breezes at Villas Pappagallo your needs will be met from our very first communication. We strive to offer great service so that your vacation can be relaxing and go as smoothly as possible. Taura and I can always be reached by phone or email and will respond immediately in order to quickly fix any issues and have you back to relaxing in no time!

Perfect Villa for our family!

We spent 5 nights in Unit 36 w 2 adults & 3 teenagers. The Villa is large, clean and kitchen & bathrooms had recently been renovated (VRBO pictures not even updated yet). What we loved most was that it was an end unit and the kids could go freely & easily from the beach to pool to snorkeling and back to the condo for shade, drinks or food. All while in our sight. We loved long walks along the quiet beach in the National Park. I would recommend a car, its an easy drive to SMB or Camana Bay. We also were able to explore the island. Pappagallo's is across the street for a fantastic meal (and has take out), NOVA was only 1.5miles down the road and had excellent food & service, and we walked to Pampered Ponies for horseback riding. Check in was very smooth. Eileen was helpful and responsive w any questions. George is onsite during the week and helped w recommendations and was quickly there for a stuck door (our fault!). Zero complaints with this Villa! Highly recommend.

Relaxing at the beach

Lovely 3 bedroom condo ( villa ) right on the beach. This unit was nicely appointed. Extremely clean ,updated bathrooms, very convenient for daily dives ,five minutes from our meeting point.Good snorkeling right out the front door.I would recommend this place to everyone.

Fabulous Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at #36. The location was perfect - the pool and beach felt totally private and we were away from the bustle of Seven Mile Beach yet close enough for easy access to the beaches and restaurants with our rental car. The Villa itself was lovely and well-equipped. Comfy beds, plenty of room for 3 kids and 4 adults, well stocked kitchen, lots of storage and lots of pool and beach supplies. The only thing I wished for was a beach umbrella, as there was no place I could find to rent one! This place is truly a gem and we are leaving feeling SO relaxed. Thank you!!

Beautiful private views!

Pictures do not really do this place justice, the condo is literally right on the beach with beautiful views, all the bathrooms are newly renovated. It is quiet and there’s excellent snorkelling right from the dock, we saw schools of tarpins, stingrays and even two octopuses! Our family of 5 young adult kids with their boyfriend/girlfriends stayed here very comfortably. Thank-you for an amazing week!
