A Great Place to Stay

We had everything we needed. Tamara stocked us up well with essentials . She and Greg were friendly and very helpful with extending our stay and other things. This was our first stay in a air b and b. We didn't know what to expect. We were not disappointed. I would pick this place over a hotel anytime.

Ambience is over the top .Very scenic.

We love staying at this property. Number one... the owners Tamara & Greg are absolutely Amazing!!!! So down to earth. We have never met anyone with such great Love for life and wanting to make sure you have an amazing stay. I say that from the bottom of my heart.... they are amazing!!!! We loved staying at this property because of the ambience and the way every room looks. It's as if we're on vacation, even though we're working. That makes a big difference. I highly recommend this place. We have stayed at several properties of theirs and you will not be disappointed. Tina Marie & Steve

Cute & Comfortable

The beach bungalow is right in the middle of town but on a short side street. There was plenty of parking in the driveway but our truck was too long to fit in the garage. My dogs loved the fenced yard. They never wanted to come in the house. The weather was pretty hot when we stayed but the ceiling fans and AC kept the house cool. It had everything we needed and was very cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and there were restaurants and shopping close by. Tamara responded very quickly to all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Bakersfield.

We coach and train people to have clarity and confidence in their lives, careers and marriages. Together we are fortunate to work with Tamara's Father Bert Brooks at Brooks Brothers Interiors. Bert had throat cancer, and had his voice box removed in 2011. Bert speaks with an electrical device and is the master of his craft in interior design. You'll experience fun designs at our home by Bert and my wife Tamara, and maintanence problems solved by me. I have a background in engineering, love the spiritual implications of quantum physics. I studied the lives of powerful people (heroes) and wrote a book about their path to greatness and how to find your own.
