This newer waterfront house sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. Located near Spider Mountain the best place for mountain bike enthusiast Launch your boat or jet skis at the private boat launch and tie up to the boat dock right outside the back door! Enjoy the sunset from the covered back deck or sit out under the stars near the firepit. No wifi/internet at this property.
Feel right at home as you step right into the kitchen area which is fully equipped with standard appliances, coffee maker, blender, and toaster for easy snacks and convenient meals at home. When dining indoors, gather at the kitchen counter with barstools for 4 or the more formal dining table with seating for 6. A sectional sofa and cable tv in living room area with large sliding glass doors provide continuous water views which call you outside to enjoy the home’s many outdoor features.

Access to the home’s back patio can be found just off the living space. Down the patio steps is a large outdoor dining table with seating for 6, as well as a built-in bar and grill, and overhead fans above outdoor seating. The grassy yard offers plenty of space to run and play with the boat dock just steps away.
Plenty of shade trees to just sit and enjoy the view of the lake.
Steep driveway so use caution when parking, there is also plenty of space at top of driveway along road and vacant lot next door.
