Back home, delight in year-round access to the shared hot tub after a day on the mountain, or make a splash in the shared pool available in the summer. You'll feel right at home inside the retreat's cozy interiors while streaming your favorite movies or keeping warm by the wood-burning fireplace. Don't forget the hot cocoa! A full kitchen boasts granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need to create delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. Ski shuttle details: The free Town of Vail shuttle bus to Vail Mountain stops right in front of this complex. Less than 10 minutes to the lifts via the shuttle, which runs every 15 minutes.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
