About this property

Peaceful condo on a golf course, minutes from Beaver Creek and Vail Resorts

Our condo is located between the world-renowned Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts, in the highly desirable Eagle-Vail/Avon neighborhood. The location is hard to beat with the great variety of leisure activities that are located right outside the front door - including the Eagle-Vail golf course, seasonal pool, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, numerous parks, hiking and biking trails, soccer and baseball fields, etc. When ski season rolls around - that's easy access too! The parking lots at Beaver Creek ($10/day with a free shuttle to slopes every 15 minutes) are just about a 10-minute drive away. If you are a fan of cross-country skiing - BINGO- in the winter the golf course turns into a free Nordic center which can be accessed directly from the patio.

When you return from the endless activities, or if you simply stay in and relax, you can unwind by watching our two (one Roku) TVs, browsing the internet, playing provided board games, enjoying a glass of wine on the covered deck or relaxing by our serene, modern electric fireplace.
There are numerous dining opportunities in Avon as well as in nearby resorts and towns, but if you choose to be your own chef, our kitchen will not disappoint you. All appliances and kitchen equipment are there to support your culinary creativity.

Need to interrupt the fun and work? We provide two workstations with reliable, highspeed internet, phone rechanging cables, printer, etc.

Very nice unit in a superb location for our needs.

This property was exactly as advertised, an excellent one bedroom, one bath, provided at a reasonable rate. It was very comfortable and also well furnished and the location was perfect. We had a little trouble with the TV, but the ower was easy to reach and worked with us to solve the problem in just a few minutes. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and almost certainly will.

Great condo in a very quiet neighborhood between Vail and Beaver Creek.

The owner was super responsive and accommodating and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for. Beautiful set up. Great kitchen with all you need to fix meals. As stated on other reviews about 10 min self drive to both ski resorts. I am sure it is spectacular in the summer using the cute patio off the back.

As advertised in VRBO. Clean and well-equipped. Parking in front of the condo made for easy in/out. We found it to be an excellent location for skiing Beaver Creek. A couple of notes for the owner: Bathtub drain handle is broken. We had to hold the lever down for the water to drain out of the tub. Also, we found the internet speed to be quite slow. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks so much!

Central location

This condo was perfect for me and my husband. We stayed a week and skied Beaver Creek (5 minutes away) and Vail (10-15 minutes away). The place is clean and has plenty of room for just 2 people. The bed was also very comfortable (which I would normally never even think to comment on except the last vrbo I rented had an extremely uncomfortable bed! This one was a dream in comparison). Restaurants, bars and shopping are within a 5 minute drive. The only thing that was somewhat difficult was getting the living room tv to work. It’s a Roku tv and it kept asking me for the remote password in order to download my streaming apps, which even the owner didn’t know after sending her a text. I opted to reset the whole thing and I made the password the same as the entry code for the door. I set the system to “guest mode” and was able to download my apps temporarily. Again, perfect for our needs and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
