This cozy newly remodeled 2BD / 2B is a perfect spot for a family or friends ski vacation offering comfort, all the amenities, style, and ....location, location, location!!!! Convenience is key!! Across the street is the Beaver Creek Resort Bear Lot where you can take the bus and be skiing within minutes. Buses to Vail (15-20 min) and Avon Town Center (2min) also available; where you can find great restaurants and shopping.

Great Holiday stay.

Really liked the condo. It was convenient to the mountain and to town. Couldn't have asked for a better set up at Xmas.

Condo was perfect for our family ski vacation.

Property was very nice and conveniently located across from bear lot for beaver creek. Everything was clean, updated , well stocked and organized and labeled. Everything was done perfect. Thanks for opening your ho.e to our family.

Cozy and cute

Condo is updated and very nice and had everything you need in the kitchen and bath. Bed was comfortable. If there is any negative, it’s on the 3rd story and stays very warm in the evening. But would definitely stay again! Thank You!

Why they chose this property

We are very excited to share our newly remodel condo in this charming town of Avon, we choose this place because its location! In the winter just take a bus and you can ski in Beaver Creek or Vail resort. In the summer enjoy golfing, concerts, festivals, and other fun events going on.
Avon also has great restaurants .... we are food lovers too!
My wife worked hard to redesign the spaces to make it a beautiful, functional and comfortable place. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
