This beautiful house is located on a quiet street.
Backyard offers a 20x40 heated, salt water pool and a beautiful view of open farm field.

The backyard is fenced in and we have a child fence that we can put around the pool when needed.

You are close to Water Mill, Southampton and Bridgehampton town. This will allow you to experience all the wonderful things these towns have to offer including the numerous restaurants each offering unique and exceptional dinning experiences.

Steps away from Duck Walk Vineyard and the Parrish Art Museum.
Less than 5 minutes from Southampton Village.


Five minutes from Jitney and LIRR/ Southampton Train Station

Nearest Beach- Flying Point-(5 minute drive), and Cooper's Beach.

No groups. We are looking for responsible renters.

Great house perfectly located!

Clean, bright, comfortable and well equipped house in the perfect location. A quick five minute drive to the towns and beaches of both Water Mill and Southampton, this house includes a lovely and private back yard with a gorgeous new salt water pool. Also a one block stroll to the area's best farmer's market. We loved everything about it.

Absolutely Perfect

This is our second summer renting this wonderful home! Our family (parents, 2 kids ages 6 and 8) had the best time swimming in the gorgeous pool and playing on very open back and front yard. The bedrooms are all well-sized and have super cozy beds. Living space, including kitchen, den out to the back deck, grill and pool area are perfect for great time just spending with family. The house location could not be more perfect to get into the village, local beaches and into our parts of the Hamptons. The property manager is super helpful and responsive with any questions. We had the best time and a month flew by!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. Owner was great to work with and prompt to get back to us with any questions. Great summer set up with amazing backyard.
