The house is older. Please be aware when plugging multiple electronics into the same outlet/outlets on same wall.This can cause the breaker to trip.

The pipes are older/have hard water.If a faucet isn’t run for a few days the water may not instantly come out clear but will quickly return to clear.

Please do not park in yard. The septic tank is underground in front of house. Prolonged weight of vehicle can break this.
