Great location - walking distance to lots of great shops/restaurants and perfect for visiting UTK. Unit was clean and spacious. Parking is tight, but nice to have it included. Definitely recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to my son who I wanted to visit. Parking garage is very tight but a large lot across the street, Easy walk to restaurants and historical sites nearby.

The apartment is small, but it was clean. It is downstairs, so be warned. You have to bring your suitcase down the stairs. The building is old and a little musty, but the apartment did not smell musty. The location was excellent and it's an easy walk to downtown or to the stadium. The parking was tight, but we did manage to fit our VW Taos in there, no problems.

A quirky property walkable to downtown restaurants and entertainment. The parking spot would be a plus for a small vehicle. The river view and shared backyard were pleasant, but there's a lot of traffic noise.

Great location. Easy walking distance to World's Fair Park or Market Square and only a mile walk to UT Neyland Stadium.It is very close to a main road, Henley St, and the sound goes right into the bedroom. Unless you're really used to traffic noise, I recommend ear plugs.

Great location, building is very quiet. Older charming space but very worn- some of towels were old and stained- but cleanSheets clean but also with some stains . Slightly uneven floors so would not rent if balance issues. Parking is tight but a great benefit of apartment. Easy walk to university campus and 15 min walk to Market Place
