"Lofn" is a 1Br 1Ba located on Market Square,Middle of Everything

Comfortable one bedroom one bath apartment with a fold out queen sofa. Relax and read, or hit the town. Located on Market Square with two entrances, one on the Square and one on the street with an elevator to go to your apartment. Very secure.
Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put Fob back into the lock box with the code provided. Also once the FOB is is the box reset the code.
If you can gather all trash, that would be great. If staying weekly, please let us know and we can dispose or there is a recycle and trash station to the right as you exit onto the Wall Ave entrance.

The place was spotless and as listed. Communication was exceptional with the host. There were plenty of options for dinning in the square where the property is and eady walking distance to museums and breweries if desired. I highly recommend the place to stay when staying in Knoxville.

This was our second stay at Lofn and it worked out perfectly. The unit is clean, comfortable and just as described. The location is ideal - close to restaurants and shops, and walking distance to campus. I really appreciate the amenities provided. We will definitely continue to stay here in the future!

Great location with all the amenities you would want. Very comfortable. There are ear plugs by the bed for a reason. The music from the bar below and bands in Market Square were clearly audible in the unit with the blinds and curtains closed.

Excellent stay!

We love staying at this property when we are in Knoxville! We were there for our daughter’s graduation and always love the proximity to campus and downtown restaurants/Market Square. It’s always clean and welcoming, we will definitely be staying again soon!

Great location

Such a great apartment in a great area of town. Exactly what we needed. Market Square has fantastic restaurants and this apartment was right there at them. Had everything we needed and mad for a great stay.

The property was gee re at. It was my daughter and I we were in town for a diving camp and to tour the University. It was clean, safe and the location was great. Enjoyed everything about the property!

Close enough to UT campus, and close to best shopping and restaurants. The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and noise was not an issue because we sleep with fans! Thanks for the hospitality!

The apartment was secure, clean & right in the middle of everything! We found the special touches that sometimes aren’t provided like shampoo, luxurious towels, coffee & little snacks even more inviting! The pull out couch mattress was a bit lumpy, but after a long day, it didn’t disrupt a tired kid. We’d definitely stay here again!

Relaxing in Knoxville

Great home base for a couple. Everything you need in the apartment. Very clean. Fun to step out your door right onto Market Square for dinning, shopping, and music. Ear plugs provided and sleep was not an issue even being in the middle of everything. Thank you.

Unbeatable location

This property is in the heart of downtown Knoxville. I stayed for about a month and I found it excellent for my needs. Some previous reviews have complained about the noise which I think is a bit silly because you’re in the heart of a city, there will be noise. Especially on a lively square like Market Square. I’m used to city living and so I slept fine personally. The place had everything I needed. There was a wifi issue which was quickly resolved thanks to quick action from the host. I had no more wifi issues after that and was able to work and stream no problem. Also, I thought the bed was very comfortable but I must admit the mattress cover made me a little hot. The windows may need a little attention because they seemed a bit drafty. But the appliances were very nice and there was even a kettle. There was a large smart tv and a big couch. There were even welcome goodies which I found quite sweet. Overall though it was a really good place and I’d happily stay there again!

The location exceeded expectations! Garage parking a block down was inexpensive, and we never needed our car. We walked everywhere and always felt safe—around downtown, down to the river for Calhoun’s barbeque, as well as our favorite outing, the Knoxville Museum of Art. Market Square is right outside the door and offers plenty to do—Tuesday night free outdoor concert, Wednesday morning farmer’s market, shady spots to enjoy Cruze Farm ice cream, shopping & meals. The unit is super clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could possibly need. It was really quiet considering it’s downtown. We could faintly hear music at night in bed, but it was completely drowned out by running the fan of the heating/cooling system. (Any white noise machine/app would drown it out, and the hosts provide ear plugs.) The unit is furnished & decorated so nicely—it’s a really comfortable and delightful place to spend time.

This lovely flat at 36 Market Square is perfectly located. All the things you want to do (world-class dining, fantastic shopping, great nightspots) are short walks from your door. Even UT sports are only a twenty minute walk. Historic Market Square is THE center of Knoxville and on of THE best locations to stay in downtown.
You won't even need your car during your stay.
Supremely well located next to hundreds of award-winning restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, history museums, and boutique shopping of all kinds, this is the perfect place to stay for those who wish to immerse themselves in downtown Knoxville history and culture. A fair good amount of the places in downtown Knoxville are locally owned and operated, so you can really get a feel for our southern hospitality.

What are your beds like?
All our beds are Queen size beds. We do have pull our sofa in some locations as well as futons in a couple of Living rooms. Please check with the individual units for further details.

How do we get into the unit?
Approximately three days before check-in a welcome guide will be sent to you giving you the code for the FOB box which will get you into both doors of the building. The entrance on Wall Ave has the elevator. The entrance on Market Stairs is stairs only.
You will also get a code to unit door at that time.
