We are a family of four, me and my husband and two boys. Our boys were moving in for there year at the University of Tennessee. Our freshman was moving into Geier hall and our sophomore moving into The Davy. This property was beyond perfect. We could walk to The Davy and the view was incredible. The house was immaculate and very well appointed. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed a long weekend to visit her family in Knoxville. The house was just as expected by the photos! You can tell that this has been an older home that someone has taken some time and money to update and make it a great spot for a rental. The kitchen and bathrooms had been updated with appliances and nice showers. The house was in a quiet area on top of a hill with a terrific view of the campus and downtown Knoxville. The location is close enough to downtown that you can be there in less than a 5 minute drive, but far enough away that you can have a quiet retreat away from the business of campus and downtown. The hot tub was set in such a spot to where you could enjoy the view from the hot tub.

Hi, I’m Abby! I help manage this home for my family, and hosting is something we genuinely care about. We love creating a space where guests can relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy a memorable stay. I enjoy traveling myself, so I understand how important the little details are, and I try to make every stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for its unique combination of peaceful surroundings and incredible views. You get a quiet, elevated setting while still being just minutes from downtown Knoxville. One of the best parts is enjoying the skyline and mountain views, especially at sunrise and sunset - it really makes the stay special.

What makes this property unique

What truly sets this home apart is the combination of stunning views, location, and thoughtful experience. You get sweeping views of Knoxville’s skyline with the Smoky Mountains in the distance, all while being just minutes from downtown. The private hot tub, outdoor patio, and lawn space create a perfect setting to relax and unwind. We’ve also focused on the little details to make the stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable - something our guests consistently highlight.
