We loved this cottage in Knoxville. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from UTK and it was absolutely perfect. You cannot beat the location. The house is cozy and clean. Our host, Trinh, is a treasure. We hope to return and stay here again in the future!

Great property that’s super close to the UT facilities and campus! Very contemporary design and super comfortable space. The home was very clean and superior in price and design from any hotel room I found! WiFi was simple to use - coffee maker with supplies convenient - washer and dryer right in the home! My husband and I really enjoyed this super cute home. It was clean and well equipped with our daily needs- including laundry detergent! It is a short drive to anything you want to do in Knoxville. The property person was very responsive and was very inviting.
