Great location, close to UTK, very clean. All beds and linens very comfy, slept well. Only downside was a little traffic noise, but not too bad. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at this condo! The host, the management, the room, and the decor was so nice!! It had everything we needed. My son is a student at the university and lives on Cumberland Ave so this location was just a couple blocks from him. I wish I had found it sooner! I would definitely book this place again!

The unit is exactly as described. It was clean and updated. Quick 10 min walk over to campus. The host was very helpful and provided quick responses to any questions or immediate need I had. I would stay here again.

The condo was clean. Convenient location for the events we attended. Living room is small. Pool has been closed for 3 years and is being repaired. Microwave handle to oven door is broken. Refrigerator runs hard and rusted. Hot water was sporadic. Upper windows need shades when sun rises, it reflects on mirror closet doors in bedrooms in morning. Washer and dryer were handy. Condo complex manager was helpful and friendly. Parking tags and parking on property is appreciated. The cost for this unit was costly for what was advertised.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. It's greatly appreciated. We have fixed the microwave handle and are replacing the refrigerator. We also are addressing the sun coming in and reflecting off of the Mirror. The pool was supposed to open soon for the summer towards Memorial Day. It may still have been closed during your stay. We will look into the hot water issue with the Building Manager and maintenance. Thank you.

Very nice place to stay for game day! Easy to walk to the game and to the strip. The condo is on the first floor which is convenient. Parking can be an issue for guests on game day weekends. It is located at an intersection & can be a little noisy as well at night. The owner is very responsive & helpful to any questions.
