Trinh (host) was regularly (but not overly so) checking in on us making sure everything was o.k. and checking if we needed anything.The home was beautiful, clean, and 5 star comfortable! The house was very well done and modern. The view across the river of the football stadium and basketball stadium was amazing. It was a short walk to downtown Knoxville and UT. This place is a definite hidden gem for those wanting to visit Knoxville and/or attend a UT game.

My family came to Knoxville to watch my daughter graduate from nursing school and stayed at this beautiful place. So close to everything in the heart of downtown. Would definitely recommend staying there again
