Our host was wonderful:) when we arrived there was a beautiful Christmas tree set up waiting for us:) wonderful decorations that were not expected but helped us to feel like we were home. Great place to lay your head at night! The house is very nice on the inside, beds are comfortable, and the water is hot! It’s lacking in condiments for coffee and extra towels, if you’re looking for a comfortable place to let you head at night, this place is excellent!

The check-in process was super easy and the house was even better in person. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies such as aluminum foil and spices. The backyard was perfect for our dog and was close to a great park with walking trails. The WiFi was great too! Can’t say enough about this property and will definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about the cottage! Beautiful neighborhood with a great park to walk the dog to. The house had everything we could have needed and was so comfortable. We will definitely book it again the next time we come to town!

What a quaint, quiet cottage. Its location is ideal, as it’s close to the national oark, Cade’s Cove, Pidgeon Forge, and the Ford Bronco Off-Road adventure, which is why we were there.. We walked in the evening to see the other cottages in the midst of remodels, or having been recently remodeled, and enjoyed it all. It was a great time there…our only regret is we didn’t see a bear!

We came for house hunting around knoxville and opted for the vrbo instead of a hotel and we are glad we did!The house is in a very quiet location that is still close to alot of shops and restaurants. Also, the yard was very well sized for the dogs to run around.Thanks again!

Cozy Lodge st cottage

Clean and nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and lots of space inside, we had 4 adults and a 1 year old. the park nearby was great for grandson to play & fenced backyard great space for our dog.location was 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville and close to attractions, we enjoyed the Zoo and market square.I would stay here again.
