Such a cute little house in a nice area! Was perfect for our stay. HUGE plus that we could bring our two small pups and the yard was fenced! We all enjoyed, including the pups :)

We enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed! The backyard is great, especially when traveling with pets. The host was quick to resolve an issue we had. The location is perfect for visiting Knoxville or Maryville. We will definitely stay again!

My husband and I were in town for Smoky Mountain Bike Week. We were very happy with the location and proximity to restaurants and the Harley Davidson dealership as well as all the popular roads for riding in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was just as described in the listing. It was nicely decorated, very clean and had a nice size kitchen. Appreciated touches was the gift of a sweet treat and complimentary coffee. The only thing I would suggest would be to add a photo including a clear view of the driveway to the listing. We would definitely book here again!

So nice to already have coffee there! I replaced the large container, the bathroom door squeaks not a big deal but in the middle of the night it’s loudWe’ll be back our family is about 15 min away from there and the Knoxville airport couldn’t get any closer!!

Beautiful property. Very close to FrankenCon location. Had an amazing weekend with my husband, some much needed alone time together, they also had fireworks on Saturday night we could see from the porch. Host was very friendly, definitely wouldnt mind staying again.

We were in town to attend our granddaughter’s graduation at UT. The location was convenient for easy access to UT, restaurants in the area and to visit with family. The cottage was charming and we really appreciated the cleanliness. There were ample supplies to include paper products, nice towels and linens. The neighborhood was nicely maintained and I had a nice talk with the neighbor across the street. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We had a nice stay!

Great place to lay your head at night! The house is very nice on the inside, beds are comfortable, and the water is hot! It’s lacking in condiments for coffee and extra towels, if you’re looking for a comfortable place to let you head at night, this place is excellent!

Loved our stay! Immaculately clean!! We had everything we needed to cook with, large fenced in back yard with a grill and a very tall shower that had excellent water pressure. Quiet neighborhood with any kind of store or restaurant close by. We ventured throughout Maryville and really liked the booming city. We were in town for the Nate Bargatze show at the Knoxville Arena, which was awesome and did a hike to the Quarry east of Knoxville. What an enjoyable 3 days. Forest was very quick to answer and quite a great host. We highly recommend this vacation home... Thank you!!
